What land does TNT Land have for sale?
TNT Land has 10 parcels listed west of Phoenix, mostly in Tonopah, Rainbow Valley (Buckeye), Wittmann and the Harquahala Valley, from about $65,600. Each listing shows the acreage, zoning, utilities and price. See https://tntlandaz.com/land-for-sale/.
Do you offer financing on land?
Most of our land is sold for cash. Financing is available on select parcels only, and those listings say so. Ask us about a specific lot.
Can I build a house or put a manufactured home on your lots?
Most of our lots are zoned RU-43 in unincorporated Maricopa County, which allows one single-family home per lot: site-built, modular, or a state-approved manufactured home on a permanent foundation. Confirm with the county before you build.
Can you find land if you don't have what I need?
